This privacy policy applies to the application Circle Maze (the "Application") for Android phones and Wear OS watches, created by anegin.

We do not collect any information. The Application has no servers and does not send any data to us or to third parties.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

To work properly, the Application saves the following data locally, in its private storage on your phone or watch:

• Game statistics: number of mazes solved, sessions played, total play time, best times, and your Daily Maze streak.
• Settings: vibration on/off, selected color palette and, on the phone, the selected theme.

This data is not personal and never leaves your device through the Application. Other apps cannot access it.

4. Device Sensors and Vibration

The Application reads the device's motion sensors (gravity sensor or accelerometer) so that you can control the ball by tilting your device. Sensor readings are processed in real time, only while a game screen is visible, and are not stored or transmitted.

The Application uses the vibration permission to give haptic feedback when the ball hits a wall. You can turn vibration off in the Application's settings.

5. Internet Access

The Application does not request the internet permission and does not communicate over the network. The Daily Maze is generated on your device from the current date.

6. Backup

If Android backup is enabled on your device, the system may include the Application's statistics and settings in your device backup (for example, to your Google account), so they can be restored when you reinstall the Application or move to a new device. This backup is performed by Android and is governed by Google's privacy policy. We have no access to it. You can manage backup in your device's system settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, tracking or crash reporting services. The open-source libraries it uses (such as the physics engine and the QR code generator) run entirely on your device and do not collect data.

The Application is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect data as part of providing Google Play and Android services, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Links and Feedback

• Website: the About screen contains a link to our website. It opens in your browser, which is governed by its own privacy policy. On a Wear OS watch, the link can be sent to your paired phone by the system or shown as a QR code to scan.
• Feedback by email: if you choose to send feedback, the Application opens your email app with our address and a subject line containing the Application's version. Nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself. We use your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you, and we delete them on request.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by clearing the Application's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.

10. Children's Privacy

The Application is suitable for a general audience. Because it does not collect any personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from anyone else.

11. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export or delete. If you have contacted us by email and want that correspondence deleted, let us know at the address below.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example if the Application gets new features. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a future version starts collecting any data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
